1) All commissions are for public-use for the time being.
a)Tier One commissions will be uploaded to tumblr marked as a ‘gift’ with the username you provide.
b) Tier Two commissions will be uploaded to Ao3 marked as a ‘gift’ with the username you provide.2) If you would like an anonymous commission, it will be listed as such.3) I reserve the right to cancel/deny a commission for any reason.4) You may not use a commission for A.I. or fic data-scraping, nor claim as your own.
a) Should you do so, I will delete the commission, and you will not be refunded.5) Payment is upfront. For commissions $10 and over, a minimum of half must be paid upon commission being accepted.
a) Tier Two commissions may receive a basic outline upon request, free of charge.6) You may cancel a commission within the first 48 hours and will not be charged for the remaining amount.
a) If the commission has already been completed, it will be posted as an anonymous commission.
b) If it has been partially completed, I reserve the right to complete it, or use the premise for my own personal projects.7) Once a commission is finished or is outside the 48 hour period, I will no longer offer a refund.8) TOS applies regardless if you have read it or not.
